About

Woman You Are Strong is a half-day conference created to inspire women toward total well-being while building meaningful connection and community. The experience is designed to move attendees from inspiration to intentional action in a safe, supportive environment.

This year’s focus is on healthy women and healthy relationships, exploring how a strong and supportive village enhances overall well-being.

The day includes personal storytelling through a keynote, interactive networking experiences, a practical well-being session focused on reducing overwhelm and restoring balance, and a women’s health panel that encourages honest dialogue and shared learning.

Scholarship: Empower a Young Lady (2026)

This conference includes a scholarship created to empower and inspire a young lady to stay in school, build confidence, develop resilience, and finish strong.

Who it’s for

 

  • Young women ages 12 – 24

  • Applicants ages 19 – 24 must be enrolled in university

  • Strong academics

  • Demonstrated leadership

  • Active involvement in the community

 

How to apply

Nominate a young lady (or yourself) by completing our online application. Tell us about her accomplishments, community involvement, goals, and why she should be selected.

 

Award

The recipient will receive a cash award.

 

Application window

Applications for the 2026 award will be accepted February 15 – 28.
